Quality requirements for die-casting pot products

Die-casting pan products are used in people's lives, so it has three major characteristics. One is that its raw materials can not contain harmful substances, the other is that it cannot foam after baking, and the third is that it has a beautiful appearance without fine casting defects. For this reason, the quality requirements of die-casting pot products should include the following aspects:

(1) The raw materials of the pot include the pot body and the coating must not contain any elements harmful to human health, such as aluminum materials must not contain lead or arsenic, and some even have some specifications for the content of copper and zinc; the coating must be used Teflon materials, etc.

(2) Cold barriers and flow marks are not allowed on the surface of the casting after die casting, because of its existence, the casting will produce skinning after shot blasting.

(3) After the casting metal is processed (such as the bottom of the car and the side of the car), there must be no pinholes on the processed surface.

(4) After the casting needs to be heated (according to the sintering temperature of the coating required for the casting), there should be no bubbles on the surface.

(5) After the casting is cleaned and polished, there must be no defects such as lack of meat, fleshy, scars, pitting, burrs, etc.

(6) The deformation of the casting must be within the allowable range, and the die-cast pot with a lid must be able to be flat.

(7) There must be no shrinkage on the surface of the casting, so it is necessary to strictly control the premature opening of the mold in the die casting process.

(8) After the casting is painted, there should be no blistering, pitting, flow marks, wrinkles (heavy industry) on the surface, the color should meet the requirements of the sample, and the sintered coating should be able to pass the relevant coating function requirements.
